Refunds or Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange an item if there is an error in size or product. All sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds. All items should be washed on delicate and hung to air dry. 

 

Inquiries: We try to respond to emails and messages in a timely matter. However, if you haven't heard back within 48 hours, please send a follow-up email as we may have missed it between our Instagram DMs, comments, emails and shop messages. Thank you for your patience!

International Shipping:

Yes we do offer International shipping. We are not responsible for any extra custom fees. If package is lost we will do our best, but once again it is out of our control once we have shipped with a valid tracking number. 

Lost or stolen:

If your product is lost in transit, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. Once an item has shipped with proper tracking information it is unfortunately out of our hands at that point. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help resolve your issue and track your package. We will not replace a product when tracking says "delivered." If you would like reassurance for your package please purchase extra insurance. 

Order Changes:

Once you have fully checked out and purchased your items no changes can be made. You can try to reach us via email and we will do our very best to make the switch but it is not our responsibility if the order doesn't get changed per your request after purchase. Thank you for understanding!
